About Course

The Emerging Leader Development Program provides participants with an excellent learning opportunity; to develop personal and professional leadership skills. The program is divided into six modules, each covering the different facets of leadership and delivered online and self-paced, and in addition to the Emerging Leaders Program’s curriculum, participants will receive two group Executive Coaching Sessions, with the option to extend the coaching relationship.

During the program, participants acquire the skills needed for managerial success, such as strategy formulation, better decision-making, negotiating skills, successful change management, conflict resolution, and managing culture.

Participants will build confidence, improve communication skills, and the ability to enhance individual and team performance.

Pick up right where you left off, and never lose your place with automatic progress tracking.

In addition to the Executive Leaders Academy’s curriculum, participants will receive two 45-minute Executive Coaching Sessions, with the option to extend the coaching relationship (Please see: Optional – extend the coaching relationship below.)

The group coaching focuses on results and enables participants to deeply examine their leadership strengths and transform their weaknesses into manageable areas for improvement. Our coaching sessions are designed for a maximum of four executives, which means that you may have the opportunity to receive individualized attention if you are the only executive in a session.
